No river’s to wide for you to make it across all you have to do is believe it when you pray...

This blogging is dedicated entirety to one of my dear friend who is recently apart from me and the rest of my friends group … you know who you are…

I wanted to tell you that we understand that you prefer to stay away from us for various reasons – that we all know – and we are going to stay right here, waiting for you like we always will be…

It’s hard to find the answers to those questions we can’t answer… it hurts to know that we’re unable to help you, to save you… the only thing we can do is hope this storm that’s passing over our heads will come to an end and may it let the sun, light our days with clarity and joy… let it be light where we only saw night…
Every sad tear you’ve cried will be replaced by tears of happiness which will involve you with the strength to make you go trough life with your head straight up…

Like the song says – “no mountain’s to high for you to climb, all you have to do is have some climbing faint. No river’s to wide for you to make it across all you have to do is believe it when you pray…

You will always have a shoulder to cry… you will always have us…
“Friends are like stars, you don’t always see them but you know they are there…”

Footprints in the Sand

Hello dear readers,

For today’s post I wanted to share with you a beautiful poem I serially find irresistible. It’s called “Footprints in the sand” by Mary Stevenson.

Footprints in the Sand

One night I dreamed I was walking
along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life
flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed
footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were
two sets of footprints,
other times there was one only.
This bothered me
because I noticed that
during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only
one set of footprints,
so I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you, you would
walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during the most
trying periods of my life
there has only been one set of
prints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most,
have you not been there for me?”
The Lord replied,
“The years when you have seen
only one set of footprints,
is when I carried you.”
~ Mary Stevenson, 1936

This poem has to be one of the most powerful poems there is because every time I read it a disobedient tear runs down my face… it’s so simple but with so much emotions swimming in it… beautifully written.

Ok, so I finished my last exam yesterday and I can officially say that I’m on vacations! I haven’t done much lately but I’m hopping to have some adventures and fun in the near future.
Oh! And by the way, today is the first day of summer! Yay!

That’s all for today, see you all next blogging!

Seeing isn't always Believing

As we go through live we mostly see what we want and accept what our mind wants to accept.

“The eye sees only what the mind is prepared to comprehend.”

We live our lives and don’t bother with our surroundings. But if you look with more consideration, you can find out that seeing isn’t always believing… for example: Illusions.

Illusions
An illusion is a misrepresentation of a sensory perception, revealing how the brain normally organizes and interprets sensory stimulation. While illusions distort reality, they are generally shared by most people. Illusions may occur with more of the human senses than vision, but visual illusions, optical illusions, are the most well known and understood.

As we all know, Illusion is the autonym of Reality. The Human race fears what he does not understand yet some fear the true reality… to avoid the pain, we trick our mind into believing in something far more different from what in reality we see, living this world blind, living a world of dream… and is this dream really a vision of happiness?

Our surroundings can fool us… but is the fooled really fooled? We all have secrets – but that is another story.
