No further grieve

For today’s post I wanted to do something different so I’m posting a poem I made.
I write what I feel and at that moment of my life my mind and soul told me to write this poem even though I wasn’t really sure why… after a few weeks, one of my closest friend’s uncle died… then I realized why I wrote it… it was for him…
I dedicate this poem to Xtevao for his lost…

No further Grieve

Far across the distance
I hear your voice
I hear you calling me

You promised to stay
But now that you’re gone
You know I can’t forgive

I feel you all around me
I believe, I know
You never left me, never alone

I run into shadows
Not forgiving, not forgetting
But nothing can bring you back

I used to stand by myself
You were always there
Even though I didn’t see
You kept me always under your wing

Looking up, I see you smile
Shinning, guiding me
And under your wing
I pray to stay

Losing someone you love must be one of the most unpleasant eternal pain you can ever experience… knowing you can’t see that smile again, the things you wanted to say… yet we know they’re still with us, we can feel them all around shinning from above… as we call them our guardian angels we keep the memory craved in our souls…

I have never experienced this kind of grieve and I’m not looking forward to.
Does anyone want to share thoughts about this?

Here's a quote for today:
"Death is as sure for that which is born, as birth is for that which is dead. Therefore grieve not for what is inevitable." - Bhagavad Gita

Till next bloging,
