Vanishing Gardens of Happiness POEM

Hello my fond readers,
I know it’s been quite a long time since I last posted. And I apologise. I haven’t had any interesting ideas for a good post, because you guys deserve one!

Just to make sure you guys know, I did not abandon you… and for this bloging here’s a poem I wrote last year. It’s personally my favourite of all of mine… enjoy.

Vanishing Gardens of Happiness

Take me away where I can breathe again
Hold me high, win my pain
I can’t hold on to me
Wonder what’s wrong before I see

The words you speak
Have no meaning now
Sweet whispers from your voice
Haunts me and gives me no choice

I’m going to run away
I’m going to leave
All those whispers
Are no longer my believe

Broken wings will fly
Even though I cry these hollow tears
I won’t try to mistake my fears

All of my hate cannot be found
Still you come and pull me down
All the spirits have come to see
Your all alone now just you and me

Scream, they can’t hear
Bleed, trough your own fear
It’s just a dream of tonight
This follows no longer with light

So dark this night
Burning down with bright
Leading further into my emptiness
Ending across vanishing gardens of happiness

Ciao,
Monika I.

Hey Monika, I was reading this poem and suddenly got a great idea. Would I be able to use this for a song i'm writing? I'll give full credit for lyrics to you, (i'm a horrible lyricist, no one would believe it anyway if i said i did it).

Anyway, that'd rock if you let me, oh, get back to me about which weeks you're in Toronto if you can, lol, i'll show you how far i've come with the song. ;)

Much love!
